Brief: The supervisory agency responsible for the motor vehicles type approval in Ukraine is the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine. As the central executive body in the field of transport, road management, provision of postal services and infrastructure, Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine format and implement the state policy in the fields of traffic safety, road management, use of the airspace of Ukraine, navigation and provision of postal services. According to the vehicle regulations formulated by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, local manufactured or imported vehicles must obtain the Type of Approval Certificate before entering into market.
