RELEASE DATE：2020-06-16 18:33
Brief: From October 2019, the self-declaration of conformity (SDoC) reporting system of CNCA has gradually improved and matured. ATIC has assisted a large number of enterprises to complete the newly SDoC or the conversion of CCC certificates to SDoC. Since it is different from traditional third-party certification, after the CCC SdoC is completed, companies need to pay more attention to product quality control, the use of the CCC logo, and the use of self-declaration QR codes.
PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL
Since October 2019, China's General Administration of Market Supervision issued a notice on adjusting and improving the compulsory product certification catalog and implementation requirements: the 17 products in compulsory certification catalogue have been adjusted from third-party certification to self-declaration evaluation. Most enterprises have completed the new SDoC submission, or have converted the original CCC certificate to the self-declaration evaluation.
The self-declaration evaluation method is different from the original third-party certification method. In essence, the company completes the self-evaluation accoding to the requirements of the implementation rules. However, the requirements on product quality of the implementation rules of CNCA have not changed.
If the product quality or information does not match the reported self-declaration, the system will revoke it and publish. Therefore, companies need to consciously abide be relevant regulations of CNCA and control product quality.
USE OF CCC MARK
After completing self-evaluation and product compliance information submission and signing a self-declaration, the company needs to apply a compulsory product certification mark(as shown below) to the product before it can be shipped, imported, sold and used in business activities. The specific graphic scale of the CCC logo is shown in Figure 1.
The color of the standard CCC mark printed uniformly is a white base plate and a black pattern. Such as printing, molding, molding, screen printing, painting, etching, engraving, branding, stamping, etc. (the above various methods are hereinafter referred to as printing/molding) to apply the CCC logo on the product or product nameplate, its bottom plate and pattern The color can be selected according to the appearance of the product or the overall design of the nameplate.
USE OF SELF-DECLARATION QR CODE
To ensure that the "self-declaration of compliance information" can be accurately and timely passed from the producer (manufacturer), authorized representative (when applicable) to the seller, commercial user, end user, producer (manufacturer), authorized representative (applicable When), the self-declaration QR code can be affixed to the product body or the minimum sales package. Scanning the self-declaration QR code with a mobile phone can obtain detailed self-declaration compliance information.
The producer (manufacturer) and authorized representative (when applicable) shall cooperate with the post-market supervision and be able to provide the CCC self-declaration and relevant information in accordance with the requirements of the market supervision department. The producer and authorized representative shall ensure that the seller/commercial user of the product can also provide or query the self-declaration information of the product sold/used.
