ATIC CCC Certification Service

CCC certification, China Compulsory Certification, is a product conformity assessment system implemented by the Chinese government in order to protect consumers' personal safety and national security, strengthen product quality management, and comply with laws and regulations. The CCC certification is a mandatory certification required by the People's Republic of China for the import, export, manufacture, sale, and use of various products. Only certified products can be considered to meet mandatory requirements in terms of safety, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and environmental protection. Car safety glass shall be subject to compulsory certification according to the implementation rules of CNCA: CNCA-C13-01 "Safety Glass".

In addition, according to China National Market Supervision Administration's Announcement No. 44 of 2019, automotive safety glass is included in the list of self-declaration evaluation methods applicable to compulsory product certification. Anyone who is included in the compulsory certification catalog and is allowed to use self-declaration to prove that the product continues to comply For products subject to compulsory certification applicable standards and implementation rules, companies must use self-declaration information reporting methods to submit timely, accurate, and comprehensive self-declaration-related information, and laboratories to report type-testing reports in a timely, accurate, and comprehensive manner. ADR certification

The Australian Motor Vehicle Design Rules (ADR for short) is the national standard for Australian motor vehicles and trailers specified by the Australian Motor Vehicle Standards Act MVSA 1989. The main contents include vehicle safety, environmental protection and theft prevention. Both component manufacturers and importers must comply with the implementation, so that vehicles or components produced or imported meet the requirements of a series of ADR standards.

Under the Automotive Standards Act 1989, all new motor vehicles are required to be fitted with an Identification Plate, which can provide certification to states' registration authorities, new car owners, and all members of the public that this new car can be used in Australian public Driving on the road. In Australia, the entire process from application to obtaining the Identification Plate is called Certification. The entire certification process is managed by the Australian Government Department and the competent authority is the Australian Department of Infrastructure, Transport and Regional Services (DOTARS). Under the Vehicle Safety Standards Bureau (VSS). There are mainly three types of certification for new car products in Australia: Full Volume, Low Volume, and Low Production Passenger Cars.
