Brief: The State Administration for Market Regulation issued Announcement No. 36 on September 5, 2023, revising the "Description and Definition Table of Compulsory Product Certification Catalogue (2020 Revision)".
China Compulsory Certification (CCC) is a product certification system developed and implemented in China. According to the requirements of the CNCA, any product listed in the mandatory product certification catalog that has not obtained a certificate or affixed a certification mark in accordance with regulations shall not be imported, sold in the factory, or used in business and service venues.
ADJUSTMENTS
The revision of Announcement No. 36 has made the following adjustments to the "Description and Definition Table of Compulsory Product Certification Catalogue (2020 Revision)" released in Announcement No. 18 of 2020:
