Imported vehicles licensed parties：A representative of the manufacturer or a carrier.
For vehicle types manufactured in the industrial or SKD mode, it is allowed to submit reports of type approval of the vehicle design on the basis of UNECE Regulations issued for similar vehicles (chassis) manufactured in a different production.At the same time, the certification body has the right to request additional evidentiary materials confirming the compliance of the vehicle (chassis) with the requirements of the Technical Regulations, or to require control tests with the participation of representatives of the certification body (testing laboratory) from the manufacturer of vehicles (chassis) produced in the industrial assembly mode or SKD assembly.
